Accountability and support, to hold you accountable to the promises you make to yourself. 1 on 1 strategy sessions, to keep you on track to making amazing progress.

Expertise: Nutrition, Body recomposition, Gut health, Metabolic disorders

Education: 2 Associates degrees in math & science, Bachelor's Degree in science. Precision Nutrition 1 certified.
